Recruitment Professionals is pleased to be recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on behalf of a well-regarded nursery setting in White Hart Lane. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional to join a supportive team and make a real difference in children's early development. The ideal candidate will bring a nurturing approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that encourage development
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records and observations of children’s progress
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A warm, caring, and enthusiastic nature
• DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)

Salary

• £26,000 – £29,000 for most applicants
• Up to £30,000 considered for highly experienced candidates
