Chrysalis Nursery is a caring, family run children's day nursery located in Loughton. We are dedicated to nurturing and educating children aged 3 months to 5 years, fostering a safe and stimulating environment that supports early development and learning. We currently have an Outstanding Ofsted rating and are looking for someone special to join our baby room team when a member goes on maturity leave (this is a permanent position).

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
  • Support children's emotional and social development through positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a cohesive care environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
  • Contribute to the planning and organization of nursery activities.
