Qualifications

Nursery Practitioner - Baby, Toddler & Preschool Rooms
Location: Beckenham
Qualification: Level 2/3 in Childcare or above
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 pro-rata
Hours: Full time, 36-40 hours per week (4 or 4.5 days)

Platinum Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our client in recruiting three passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioners for their nursery in Beckenham.

Our client has vacancies across the Baby Room (under 2s), Toddler Room, and Preschool Room. Each room is carefully designed to provide a nurturing, stimulating, and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

About the Role
  • As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
  • Support children's learning and development through engaging activities.
  • Create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Plan and deliver activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
  • Work as part of a collaborative team, ensuring the smooth running of the room.
What We're Looking For
  • Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare (or above).
  • Experience working with babies, toddlers, or preschool-aged children.
  • A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English.
  • A warm, positive, and proactive approach.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and commitment to high-quality childcare.
