Job summary

An inclusive primary school in Islington is seeking a nurturing Nursery Practitioner to support the learning and development of children in the Nursery class. This full-time role requires a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a passion for fostering children's growth in a collaborative environment. The position is term-time only and operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm.

The Role - Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Islington from September 2025. This is a full-time, term-time only position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children in the Nursery class, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment. You will work closely with the class teacher and EYFS lead to deliver activities that support the children's early development in line with the EYFS curriculum, as well as assist with observations and daily routines.
