Care First is partnering with a reputable nursery in Hitchin that is looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment, delivering high-quality care and education to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and maintain high standards of care and education
  • Support and supervise playroom staff in their day-to-day duties
  • Allocate children to keycarers and ensure effective implementation of keycarer procedures
  • Provide professional feedback to parents and carersDevelop positive and professional relationships with staff, children, and families
  • Ensure the nursery meets all regulatory, health, and safety standards
