Creative Minds Nurseries are excited to present an opportunity to join our exceptional, brand new, purpose-built Montessori Nursery based inthe heart ofGerrards Cross. We are looking for motivated and passionateLevel 3 Qualified Nursery Practitionerto become part of our state-of-the-art, flagship site.

Requirements;
  • Level 3 in Childcare
  • Full time (4-5 days)
  • MUST be able to work 8 hours a day (Between hours of 8am - 6pm)
  • 40 hours per week contracted position
  • Strong understanding of EYFS framework
  • Montessori experience (is a bonus)
Purpose of the role
  • To provide high-quality care and education for all children, following the EYFS, nursery policies, safeguarding procedures and Ofsted requirements
  • Nursery Practitioners create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment that supports each child’s learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Working With Children:Provide high-quality, child-centred care and learning through strong key-person practice, effective planning and consistent support for children’s development
  • Teamwork & Professional Conduct:Contribute positively to the team, model good practice and always maintain professional communication & behaviour
  • Parents & Community:Build strong, respectful relationships with parents & guardians and share regular updates while supporting nursery events and community engagement
  • Learning, Assessment & Environment:Carry out accurate assessments and maintain safe, engaging environments and routines that promote children’s learning and wellbeing
  • Health, Safety & Record Keeping:Maintain a safe environment and accurate records by following all health, safety and hygiene procedures consistently
  • Safeguarding & Compliance:Ensure full compliance with nursery policies, legal requirements and safeguarding procedures, reporting any concerns immediately
  • Additional Duties:Participate fully in nursery events and ongoing professional development, completing additional tasks as required.
