Redbridge | Salary: £22,300 - £23,300 ✨

Our client is an independent, family‑run day nursery and we're looking for a dedicated and caring Nursery Practitioner to join their close‑knit team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide warm, high‑quality care that helps every child feel safe and supported
  • Recognise developmental milestones and maintain thoughtful observations and records
  • Plan exciting, engaging activities tailored to children’s interests and needs
  • Champion safeguarding and help create a nurturing, stimulating environment every day
What We’re Looking For
  • Loving, patient, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development
  • Experienced in caring for young children and babies
  • Knowledgeable about safeguarding practices
  • Qualified with an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) - Essential
  • Ready for a full‑time, permanent role in a supportive, friendly team

A full enhanced DBS check will be successful candidate.
