Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Chichester

The Role

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting children aged 0–4 years with a strong understanding of child development.
• Confidence in delivering a mix of pre-planned learning and child-led, responsive practice.
• A genuine love of working with young children and supporting learning through play.
• Reliability, adaptability, and commitment to high-quality early years education.
