Job description

We are recruiting in on behalf of a leading preparatory school in North London. The school are looking for an experienced Teaching assistant to join their Nursery working with children aged 2-4 years old. Although experience is desirable but the school would qualify someone who had recently completed a relevant qualification with a clear passion for working with children.

This is a part time role. Hours are Monday 8.00am – 4.15 on Monday (plus 1 hour for staff meeting until 5.15pm), Tuesday to Friday 8.00am – 1.30pm.

  • Have previous experience working in a school(although this is not essential);
  • Ideally have an TA, HLTA, NVQ level 2 or 3 qualifications related to working with children (although this is not essential);
  • Be flexible, well organised and able to adapt to changing needs;
  • Have excellent verbal and written English;
  • Hold a commitment to safeguarding and equalities;
