Duties

• Provide care and support for children in the nursery
• Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
• Monitor children's development and provide feedback to parents or guardians
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and personal hygiene routines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
• Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
