Nursery Manager Join Our Growing Team in Telford!

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant early years setting in Telford and ensure every child has the best possible start in life.

Location: Telford
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the nursery. You will create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can thrive, and you will lead a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the nursery team to provide outstanding care and learning opportunities.
  • Ensure the setting meets all Ofsted requirements and safeguarding standards.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and the wider community.
  • Manage nursery budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential).

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early years setting (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • A genuine passion for early childhood development.
