Job Title: Nursery Manager

Location: Staines

Salary: £32,000-£39,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced and passionate childcare professional looking for the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager on behalf of a well-established, privately owned nursery in the heart of Staines. This is a permanent, full-time role, offering an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care and education for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of early years practitioners, ensuring staff development and high morale.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, children, and staff to create a nurturing and safe environment.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks effectively.
  • Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices.
  • Foster a creative and stimulating learning environment that encourages children’s development.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a managerial or senior leadership role within an early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality childcare and education.
