About the Nursery Manager Role

As a Nursery Manager, you will:

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and management of the nursery team
• Ensure safeguarding policies are implemented and understood by all staff
• Oversee curriculum planning and delivery within the EYFS framework
• Manage staff development, administration, and compliance with Ofsted standards
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and nominated person for Ofsted
• Build strong relationships with families and external agencies
• Promote the nursery through marketing, newsletters, and social media

What We're Looking For in a Nursery Manager
