A prominent UK university is seeking a Nursery Finance Administrator to manage administration and finance for their Day Nursery. Responsibilities include invoicing, contract management, and liaising with university departments. Candidates should have GCSEs in English and Maths, strong administrative skills, and experience in a busy office. HR & OD – Fixed Term, Full Time. Contract duration: until 31 August 2026. Working hours: 9‑5 pm, Monday to Friday with a 1‑hour lunch break.

The Nursery Finance Administrator works closely with the Nursery Management Team to support the development and effective management of administration and finance activities for the Durham University Day Nursery.
