7B is a 30 bedded ward specialising in Colorectal and urology Surgery. We provide a variety of diverse and complex treatment Colorectal and Urology patients. As a Member of the team you will work on both the ends of our Ward.

Applicants must demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills on a day to day basis. The successful applicant must deputise for the ward manager in their absence.
We offer various training that will enhance your leadership skills.
The post will require participation on weekends, bank holidays, days and nights for 24 hour nursing cover.

The role of the band 6 requires you to be able to support the ward manager in leading an established team of nurses in providing high quality care to our pre and post op patients, with the additional skills of:
