A high-quality early years setting in Henlow is seeking a passionate and motivated Level 3 Practitioner to join their nurturing preschool team, working with children aged 3-5 years. This is an excellent opportunity to join a setting committed to outdoor learning, wellbeing, sustainability and exceptional early years education.
The nursery operates with an intimate, child-centred approach, offering 35 places, including 14 in preschool, with plans to expand in 2027 while maintaining its bespoke, high-standard delivery.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. You will support the preschool room, helping children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning through high-quality practice and meaningful interactions.
The team has 15 staff, all described as positive, kind, supportive and deeply committed to giving children the very best foundations. Staff genuinely enjoy coming to work and champion each other's success.
