A healthcare organization in Sheffield is seeking a Nurse Associate to provide high-quality patient-centered care. The role involves delivering care independently under the direction of a Registered Nurse or GP, focusing on promoting health and independence. We are delighted to announce that we have a position to join our team as a Nurse Associate. We have a growing list of 30,000 patients, with a diverse mix of inner city residents and students from Sheffield Hallam University.
Our large expanding team consists of Doctors, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nursing team (NP, PNs, HCAs), Clinical pharmacy team (2 CPs and 2 pharmacy technicians) and first contact Physiotherapists.
We work very closely with Sheffield Hallam University, and have a medical centre housed in the heart of the university.

We are looking for a proactive, reliable and forward thinking nurse associate to join our team.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality, patient centred, compassionate care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or GP with a focus on promoting health and independence.
You would work without direct supervision, delivering care independently in line with the patients defined plan of care. Within the parameters of practice of the Nursing Associate role, accessing clinical and care advice when needed.
