A leading engineering services firm is looking for process engineers to join their team in Manchester. This role involves solving technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle, producing key engineering deliverables, and conducting process safety activities. Candidates should have a degree in Chemical or Process Engineering and preferably IChemE chartership. AtkinsRéalis is looking to grow our team of process engineers within the Nuclear EMEA business. If you have the passion to join some of these exciting projects, then we would love to hear from you. Your role: We work collaboratively to solve technical challenges across the entire project lifecycle, from concept design to decommissioning. Our day‑to‑day activities include production of process engineering deliverables (process sizing calculations, heat & material balances, P&IDs, etc.), process modelling, and process safety activities (HAZID/HAZOP studies, DSEAR assessments, etc.). We collaborate across the AtkinsRéalis business to provide our technical expertise where it is needed the most, giving our clients the best engineering solutions. We strengthen the delivery of work through a variety of means, including full‑time embedded resource within client offices, site‑based roles, and in‑house engineering support from AtkinsRéalis offices. At all times we are focused on providing high quality work to the client.
