Salary: £48,000–£65,000 (DOE)

They are seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor (NQ+) to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone at the start of their career - or looking to build on early experience - to develop specialist expertise within a supportive, forward‑thinking practice.

The Role

In this rewarding position, you will:

  • Manage your own evolving caseload of property and affairs Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications, statutory wills, and financial management.
  • Work closely with vulnerable clients, families, and professional deputies – providing compassionate, tailored, and high‑quality legal advice.
  • Collaborate with an experienced and approachable team, benefiting from structured training, supervision, and ongoing mentorship.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and external professionals, contributing to the department’s continued growth.
About You

You will be:

  • A newly qualified or recently qualified Solicitor (NQ+), with a genuine interest in Court of Protection or Private Client work.
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Organised and detail‑driven, able to balance a busy caseload with empathy and professionalism.
