Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A well-regarded Legal 500-ranked firm based in Leeds is looking for an NQ - 3 years PQE Litigation Solicitor to join their busy and varied team.

The Role

You will :

• Advise clients across the full spectrum of litigation matters, including insolvency, debt recovery, commercial disputes etc
• Manage a caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, including drafting pleadings, attending court, and negotiating settlements.
• Work closely with partners and senior team members to provide high-quality, pragmatic advice to a diverse client base.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the practice.
