A local government authority in West Midlands is seeking an individual to deliver the Parking Enforcement and Appeals Service. The role involves supporting management, liaising with various entities, and ensuring compliance with traffic regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in technical support, generating reports, and customer interactions. The position is financially managed and requires the handling of sensitive information. We are looking for someone to support the delivery of Sandwell Borough’s Parking Enforcement, Processing and Appeals Service and support management through appropriate co‑ordination, processing and submitting appeals post enforcement.
To effectively and efficiently administrate a customer focused service to meet the Council’s obligations of Civil Parking Enforcement in accordance with Traffic Management Act 2004, General Regulations & Representations and Appeals Regulation 2007, Transport Act 2000.
To liaise with Traffic Enforcement Centre, County Courts and Traffic Penalty Tribunal.
Closing date is 16 December 2025
