Our Site Director, Kersh at Northampton Motorway Services on the M1 Junction 15A near Northampton is seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to lead the WHSmith team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence. This role is part of Roadchef Motorway Services, a franchisee of WHSmith, one of the UK's leading retailers. Roadchef Motorway Services is the UK's 3rd largest Motorway Service Area provider with best restaurants and retail brands and holds the Platinum Investor in People accreditation.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
