No.1 Site Manager (Housebuilder) | Permanent | North West London

We have an excellent opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join an award-winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, working on a large residential scheme in North West London.

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + car / allowance / package
Location: North West London
Region: London

The company has been around for approximately 20 years and has evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality-focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to work on a large residential scheme in North West London, circa £30m in value. This is a long-term scheme comprising circa 200 units in total (RC frame and Traditional Build).

They are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to oversee a phase of works comprising 35 units; a mix of traditional build houses and RC frame apartments, due to begin in October / November.
