A prestigious hotel and resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Receptionist to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role involves managing check-ins and check-outs, providing excellent service, and working overnight shifts. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and the ability to resolve guest issues effectively. The on-target earning potential for this role is £12.80 per hour, comprising a base hourly rate of £12.21 plus a qualified estimate of £0.59 gratuities per hour.
This role is on a zero-hours contract but will be for three to four nights a week with the possibility to pick up extra hours to cover holidays. You will be working overnight shifts, from 10:00 pm until 6:30 am.
As a Receptionist for The Belfry Hotel & Resort you will make it your number one priority to deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests arriving and leaving the resort. No task is too big or small when it comes to our guests’ needs.
