Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced transport environment with confidence in managing drivers on the night shift.
• Good understanding of transport regulations and compliance.
• Effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of transport operations across stores and vendor operations.
• Lead and support drivers and transport office teams across shifts.
• Deliver daily briefs and debriefs, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Manage driver performance, compliance, and behaviours.
• Ensure all incidents, delays, failures, and refusals are investigated and recorded.
