A leading adult social care provider in Chester is seeking dedicated support staff to assist adults with various needs, including learning disabilities and mental health. This role entails providing personalized care and engaging in supportive activities. Ideal candidates will possess a general education and a passion for making a difference in the community. Location: Chester, Cheshire CH2 2AJ
Shifts: Full time, 42 hour contract (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.47 per hour (dependent on qualifications)

You’ll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health. You’ll support them to flourish in a place they call home. You’ll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives. You’ll give high-quality support tailored to people’s needs. You’ll do activities like cooking, art or listening to music. And get out for movie nights and food outings. You’ll provide personal care including support with continence needs; health and medication needs; handling personal possessions; finances and documents; shopping. Help them to have good levels of personal and environmental hygiene. You’ll follow our procedures, so we give consistent, safe, and reliable care and support.
