Summary

• Salary: £13.10 per hour
• Hours: 6hrs per week (12hrs every other week)
• Shift Times: 2 shifts on 4 Weekly Rota - Wednesday night Week 2 and Monday night Week 3 (20:00-08:00)

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. This will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual's care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
