Night Support Worker – Adult Residential Care

You will be working as a Night Support Worker in our 12-bed adult residential service in Derby Centre. You will be caring for adults ages 18–65 who have severe learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries and complex health needs requiring 24-hour specialist care and support.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to maintain a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences for the adults in the service.
• Encourage residents to develop new skills and strive for greater independence where possible, while ensuring the highest quality of care and support.
• Work with care plans and follow established procedures; able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
