Overview

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? ADM in Stafford is looking for motivated individuals to join our team on our night shift!

Responsibilities
  • Operate state-of-the-art processing and packing equipment with advanced manufacturing recipe management systems.
  • Inspect and maintain safety standards (LOTO) and quality parameters (HACCP/GMP).
  • Execute safe start-up and shutdown procedures for equipment.
  • Prepare essential production documents, including manufacturing records, quality logs, and productivity reports.
  • Perform Autonomous Maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspection, and adhering to prescribed standards.
  • Maintain equipment performance by understanding its structure and functions, while identifying and resolving abnormalities.
  • Collaborate with a team or work independently to solve problems using tools like RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and the 5 Whys method.
  • Ensure full compliance with Company Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Educated to GCSE level.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • A proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
Working Hours

Week 1: Sunday 19:00 - 07:00; Monday 19:00 – 07:00; Tuesday 19:00 – 07:00; Wednesday 19:00 – 07:00.

Week 2: Monday 19:00 – 07:00; Tuesday 19:00 – 07:00; Wednesday 19:00 – 07:00.
