What you’re going to do

• Provide estimates and handle reservations for ambulance transport and other services, including urgent, same-day, and prearranged requests.
• Assign and send out ambulance personnel to fulfil the company’s and its customers’ operational needs.
• Connecting with operational ambulance crews via radios, phones, and computer-aided dispatch systems
• Providing clients with customer service
• Providing planned reports to operational teams

What we’re trying to find

Strong communication abilities when interacting with individuals at all levels, particularly drivers and frontline staff

The capacity to manage a heavy workload and work quickly while utilising a quality management system, for example. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IT, and the capacity to adjust to the introduction of new technologies.
