Responsibilities
  • Clean all surfaces, furnishings, and fittings using the specified equipment and cleaning products.
  • Maintain sufficient supplies of cleaning materials and consumables relevant to the working area and ensure they are stored safely and securely at all times.
  • Use, maintain, and ensure the safe storage of cleaning equipment and report defects to the appropriate person.
  • Provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers.
  • Set up tables, chairs, and other lounge furniture and arrange them appropriately.
  • Clean and sanitize toilet cubicles, showers, tables, counters, and service areas regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and cooperation.
  • Be aware of COSHH regulations and use appropriate protective equipment when using chemicals.
  • Adhere to dress code policies and demonstrate excellence.
  • Adhere to health & safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe environment.
  • Follow proper hand hygiene procedures and maintain personal cleanliness.
  • Treat team members as you would expect to be treated.
  • Co‑operate with all team members and undertake duties in the cleaning areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered at all times.
  • Assist and share knowledge and experience with team members as required.
  • Report any accidents or near misses to your Supervisor as soon as they occur.
  • Ensure compliance with all instructions relating to the use and storage of materials/equipment necessary for cleaning tasks.

  • Follow the location cleaning schedules rigorously.
