Qualifications

• 2 years post registration experience in a primary care setting.
• Post registration experience of palliative care in specialist or general setting.
• Registered Nurse with sound knowledge of palliative care issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide palliative nursing care during night shifts.
• Support patients and their families in their homes across North Derbyshire.
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures for symptom management.
