What You'll Do

Reporting directly into the Front Office Night Supervisors the role of Nights Receptionist is responsible for:

• Supporting the daily operation in line with brand standards
• Processing check ins, check outs, guest requests and enquiries and room service orders
• Focusing on delivering exceptional standards of customer service
• Cash and Key security and control
• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Audit statistical, financial and accounting reports and tables.
