Night Porter, Hotel du Vin

Rate of Pay / Hours: £12.67 per hour, 20 hours per week

Type of Contract: Permanent

Location: Cambridge

Role Overview

The Night Porter is responsible for overseeing the hotel operations from sundown to sunrise. This hands-on role involves managing guest expectations and maintaining the standards of the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing the Food & Beverage Department during the night.
  2. Welcoming guests and assisting with luggage.
  3. Ensuring public areas are clean and meeting spaces are prepared for the next day.
  4. Dealing with guest inquiries and carrying out nightly health and safety audits.
  5. Maintaining excellent communication and organization skills.
Requirements

Experience in a similar role is beneficial. Night shift experience is essential.
