A community-focused hospitality organization in Brighton is seeking a Night Porter to ensure guest safety and service during night hours. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and readiness to respond to emergencies. This role offers a casual zero-hours contract at £12.98 per hour, with various shifts across the week.

Reporting to: Duty Manager
Contract: Casual zero hours contract
Salary: £12.98 per hour
The role purpose: As a member of the hotel operations team, you will work to ensure the safety and security of the hotel and our guests and provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to guests in absence of Duty Managers and staff during the night. You will be passionate about providing exceptional guest experience and living through the Hotels standards. The role supports the management team alongside all other departments to ensure the smooth overnight running of the Hotel. Shifts will cover Monday-Sunday, various night shifts (11pm-7am) including weekends and bank holidays on a rolling rota.
