About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and professional Night Porter to join a hotel team. You'll ensure smooth overnight operations, maintain guest safety and comfort, and have everything ready for the morning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent overnight guest service and handle enquiries.
• Carry out security and fire safety checks every 3 hours.
• Manage late check-ins and respond to guest requests professionally.
• Complete shift handovers accurately.
• Prepare breakfast setup and maintain cleanliness in key areas.
• Handle laundry duties and ensure all areas are secure at closing.
