A student accommodation provider is seeking a Night Owl in Southampton to be the main contact for residents during the night shift. You will support students with queries, organise events, and handle maintenance issues. Ideal candidates are friendly and organised, appreciate the importance of excellent customer service, and have a passion for creating a welcoming environment. This role requires enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. A Fixed term of 6 months with an average of 24 hours per week is offered.
Location: Vincent Place, Southampton
Salary: £17,409.60 per annum
Hours: Average of 24 hours per week, working 2 shifts per week between 8pm to 8am.
Term: Fixed term for 6 months
Student living is about so much more than just a room, it’s about feeling at home. , you will be the first point of contact for residents between the hours of 8pm and 8am. From running onsite events and facilitating late night room viewings to collecting rent and liaising with overseas agents, being busy is what you do best. You’re an important part of our residents’ stay, supporting students who might need to report a maintenance issue, collect a parcel, ask for directions or simply need to chat. Every interaction matters, which is exactly why you matter.
