Location: HMP Forest Bank
Salary:£27,757.20 rising to £28,809.26 after 1 year
Full-time | Mon-Fri

Are you reliable, professional, and ready to make a difference? We've got the Perfect role for you at Sodexo! Join our team at HMP Forest Bank as an Operational Support Officer Nights (OSO).

Whether you're supporting day-to-day operations, working night shifts, managing stores, or escorting contractors, your role will be essential in maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As an OSO, you'll be the face of professionalism and safety. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Welcoming and managing visitors and official guests
  • Monitoring security systems and conducting safety checks
  • Supporting operational teams across Gatehouse, Control Room, Visits, and more
  • Escorting contractors and ensuring compliance with prison protocols
  • Managing stock and uniform distribution in Stores
  • Responding to incidents and maintaining vigilance during night shifts
