Overview

Saxondale nursing home is looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our dedicated team on nights. Based in Barnsley, we provide Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care for 34 residents. As a Registered Nurse, you'll be central to the wellbeing of our residents, delivering outstanding clinical care while promoting a warm, person-centred environment. You'll lead with compassion, support your colleagues, and make a real impact every single day. A full induction into the service will be provided and ongoing support.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents
  • Work closely with residents and their families to develop and review personalised care plans
  • Administer medication safely and in line with clinical guidelines
  • Monitor the health and wellbeing of residents, acting on changes swiftly and professionally
