Job summary

Job description

Our client in Sharpness is looking for a FLT Operative to join their team on an ongoing basis. Assignment will start following a successful forklift assessment. A licence must be in date and accredited RTITB or ITSAAR.

Key Duties

• Operating a D2 Reach Truck, Counterbalance or VNA Forklift to safely move and stack stock within the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading goods as required.
• Carrying out daily safety checks on your forklift.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Working with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
• Completing general warehouse duties when required – inclusive of order picking and packing.

Job Requirements

• A valid and in‑date licence accredited by RTITB or ITSSAR.
• Previous experience operating Reach Trucks, ideally in a warehouse environment.
• Must have your own transport to get to and from the site.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others.

Pay

£16.39 per hour

Shifts

• Monday to Friday.
• 22:00‑06:00.
