Night Concierge - Luxury Residential Development

Location: Central London, W1
Salary: £35,000 and excellent benefits

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off schedule: 7:00pm - 7:00am

We are seeking a professional and service-driven Night Concierge to join our client's team. The Concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring the delivery of the highest levels of customer service and creating memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence, professionalism, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during evenings and night shifts to residents and guests.
  • Respond to resident and client requests, providing a bespoke service and representing the company at all times.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and security patrols, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Oversee contractors and building works, ensuring all Health & Safety measures are adhered to.
  • Maintain the reception area and common areas to high standards; light cleaning duties may be required.
  • Provide detailed handovers at the end of each shift to ensure continuity of service.
  • Handle requests and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behaviour, and uniform in line with company requirements.
  • Assist with valet parking and retrieval of residents' cars, requiring a valid driving licence.
Candidate Requirements3>
  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience as a concierge within high-end residential schemes.
  • Full & clean UK or EU driving licence held for at least 2 years plus must be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes, to assist with valet parking and resident vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Service-driven with a commitment to going the "extra mile."
  • Experience serving ultra-high net worth individuals is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding areas.
  • High standard of written and spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial.
