About The Role

Night Care Team Leader

Location: Kenwith Castle - EX39 5BE

Pay rate: £15.35 per hour + paid breaks

Hours: Full time - Alternate weekend working

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join the team at Kenwith Castle, our residential care home set in 30 acres of stunning North Devon Countryside at Abbotsham, Bideford.

Are you a natural leader within our caring profession! We would like to meet, someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents – you’ll also need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day.

You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.

What you will be doing
  • Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
  • Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
  • Administration of medication to residents
  • Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families
  • Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's
