Job description
Overview

As a Night Auditor, you'll be away from the hustle and bustle of the day; that doesn’t mean our commitment to delivering outstanding service stops. It will be your responsibility to ensure that irrespective of the hour, your guests are well looked after. Your guests may be in their pyjamas. This calmer atmosphere offers you space to pay attention to those all-important details that can often be missed.

Responsibilities

In terms of what you’ll actually be doing, as a Night Auditor your responsibilities will span from assisting with checking in and out late arrivals and departures, to running end of day audits and balancing the day, to setting up our conference rooms for the following day, to working in our bar serving guests that require overnight service, and knowing when it’s time to advise on calling it a night. You will also help ensure the safety of the hotel and support the wider team in delivering outstanding service (without sleeping in a cupboard somewhere in the hotel).

Is this Night Auditor role right for me?

You will be a night-owl and wholly focused on delivering outstanding service. You’ll be a great relationship-builder who goes above and beyond while loving those extra details and creating an outstanding experience using the skills you have gained, ideally within a hotel environment. You’ll be an outstanding leader who can inspire your team to join you in going that extra mile for our guests. To be right for you, you will have gained experience in a previous Night Audit/Supervisor role, ideally within the hospitality industry.

  • Family and Friends discounts in hotels across the Kew Green Hotels estate

  • Parking on site for free
