Main duties of the job

Job responsibilities

Newly qualified nurses receive support to grow through our Gold Standard Nursing Preceptorship Programme, helping you build on existing skills in a nurse-led environment. You will mentor colleagues and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students. You will communicate effectively, model professional behaviours, and deliver person-centred care.
