About the role

As an NPI Executive Buyer at Mirus Aircraft Seating, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of new and ongoing programmes within the organisation, ensuring that our supply chain is ready to support innovation from prototype through to full production. Partnering closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production, you will source and develop suppliers, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage the procurement of materials and components critical to programme success. Acting as the central point of coordination, this role ensures programme milestones, timelines, and deliverables are effectively tracked and communicated across departments. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in NPI and procurement within a growing aerospace manufacturer, driving cost efficiency, supplier performance, and on-time delivery in a highly regulated and innovative environment.
