Senior Sales Advisor / Senior Sales Executive - New Homes

Location: Gotherington, Cheltenham

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + OTE £50,000

Working Pattern: 5 days per week (including weekend rota)

We are working with a well-established new homes developer who is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Advisor / Senior Sales Executive to join their sales team on a residential development based in Gotherington, Cheltenham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven new homes sales professional looking to take the next step in their career on a high-quality development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion
  • Delivering a high level of customer service and building strong relationships with buyers
  • Conducting site viewings, show home tours, and plot releases
  • Managing reservations, sales progression, and liaison with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and site sales targets
  • Ensuring accurate administration of sales documentation and CRM systems
  • Representing the developer professionally at all times on site
Requirements
  • Previous experience in new homes sales is essential
  • Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
  • Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work weekends on a rota basis
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • IT literate with experience using sales systems and Microsoft Office
