Job Title: New Car Sales Manager
Location: Mansfield
Salary: £40,000 basic | £61,000 OTE | Company Car
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (day off in week); Saturdays 9am-5pm (1 Saturday off in 3)

Sales Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance targets.
  • Drive sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective strategy.
  • Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements where required.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, FCA regulations, and dealership processes.
  • Build strong customer relationships and promote long-term retention.
  • Contribute to senior management decisions with a commercially focused mindset.

  • Currently working as a successful Sales Manager within the motor trade.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and challenge a team.
