New Business Sales Manager - Wide Format & Graphics
Yorkshire (field-based)
Up to £55,000 3% Uncapped Commission Car Private Health

This is a £5m turnover wide-format and graphics business based in Yorkshire, known for quality production, serious kit, and getting things done properly. It’s now looking for a real new business salesperson — someone who can actually sell, not just manage existing accounts.

This is a new business–led role, focused on driving growth across wide-format print and graphics. Quality, capacity, and flexibility are already in place, you just need to open the doors!

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Winning new business across the North & Midlands
  • Selling wide-format print and graphics, including:
    • Banners
    • Vehicle wraps
    • Self-adhesive graphics
    • Signage & display
  • Targeting:
    • Agencies
    • Construction
    • Trade print buyers
  • Developing long‑term, profitable customer relationships
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

You will be given a small number of existing accounts to grow, but the expectation is clear: new business comes first.

Targets & Expectations
  • Year 1 expectation: £300k new business
  • Growth target: £500k added sales
  • Current wide-format accounts on this side of the business: limited — this is a genuine opportunity to build something
Who We’re Looking For
  • A true new business hunter
  • Background in wide-format, large format, or graphics sales
  • Comfortable prospecting, pitching, and closing
  • Based anywhere in Yorkshire
  • Commercial, driven, and thick‑skinned enough to work with a straight‑talking owner

  • Pure account managers
  • People who rely on inbound leads
