This is an exciting opportunity to join Halfords in a New Business Sales Manager role, with a strong focus on new business development and lead generation. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging and winning large corporate clients, opening doors with senior decision‑makers and converting cold prospects into long‑term customers. Working closely with the Senior Sales & Account Manager, you’ll support sales strategy and play a key role in driving B2B revenue growth.
Day to day, you’ll be heavily focused on cold prospecting and outbound activity, including cold calling, networking and client visits. You’ll deliver persuasive presentations both in person and online, manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, and keep your pipeline and CRM fully up to date. Working to clear KPIs and targets, you’ll bring energy, structure and momentum to new business activity across the team.
