Role Introduction

We are seeking a driven and strategic New Business Sales Consultant to join our Primary Care sales team. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities within the UK Primary Care sector. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by promoting our innovative Primary Care solutions to GP practices, PCNs, ICBs, and other healthcare providers.

What You Will Do
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Primary Care market.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Work closely with marketing and SDR teams to qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and position our solutions to address clinical, operational, and financial challenges.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key decision-makers including Practice Managers, GPs, Clinical Directors, and Commissioners.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on NHS policies, funding initiatives, and digital transformation trends affecting Primary Care.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and feedback loops.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
What You Will Have
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within healthcare or SaaS.
  • Experience selling into Primary Care or NHS organisations is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the Primary Care landscape, including PCNs, ICBs, and NHS procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for solving customer problems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
